I just came from Makati Cinema Square (the hippest place in town, as you all know) to buy a much needed piece of software. One that I need in order to pass a certain class. A class I badly need to pass this term in order to graduate soon. But now I'm home with no software and no new DVDs to console myself with. Why do they have to raid the damn place tonight??? Typical of this mediocre movie star turned politico to do the raid at night when it's not hot. What a bitch.

holy week was once again, not so holy. as i get older, the more i appreciate matuod. it's not even a second home for me, it's really where i grew up and where i can still be stupid and just relax and chill and forget about everything back in the city. ever since i was a little kid i ALWAYS would get into the foulest mood when we leave. as soon as the car crosses the gate and we're on the dirt road, wow, don't even talk to me. i even used to get literally ill. the thought of going back home to dirty, messy and noisy manila...ugh.

now if only i could find a way to make a living while living in matuod full time...

how surreal is this scene: it's 2am and i'm surfing the web under the stars right on front of the beach while glenn, trish, trina and cio drink their beers and talk, talk, talk. i've got projects up the fucking wazoo waiting for me when i get home, my back is still burnt from palawan and i'm planning to spend the day tomorrow under the sun getting a massage in between napping on the awesome new comfy hammock and eating awesome food. life is tough. really tough.
